1) You can heal yourself a lot but you don't have HP to begin with.
2) You gain a lot of DPS from your abilities, but you have a pathetic innate DPS gain (DPS is referring to your auto-attack, no nukes)
3) You can heavily slow a target but you are slowed by 20 ms
4) You can dodge a lot of damage but you have one of the lowest HP in your class
5) You are supposed to have 2 (soft) disables but the 2 disables kind of fail and you just feed all game no matter who plays it.
6) You technically have 3 escape mechanisms, but all 3 are kinda fail and usually you don't do well in a game.
7) You reigned in two different eras, but you were quickly forgotten right after being nerfed. (6.40s and early 6.60) Correct me if I was wrong on this one.
8) You get an +20% ms boost but you are slowed by 10ms
9) You are pathetic and haven't been seriously fixed (Not new/remade heroes, not TB, he got several small buffs here and there at least)
10) You have the most expensive spells while having the lowest INT gain.
11) (2 heroes) While being nerfed when you were god tier, but the nerfs were completely undone shortly.
12) No matter how much you get buffed, you are still a copy of that "other hero" and there is no reason to pick you over "that hero"

15) You will never get balanced by Icefrog (No new or remade heroes)

18) Balance the item to balance this hero. (Name a hero, not an item)

22) You can "orb" but not "walk", you are "glass" but not "cannon"
23) When *this item* was created, it benefited you a lot, but yet *this item* countered you hard at the same time.
24) You can jungle starting @ level 1 without trouble and only probably 1 in 50 people know about it.
