but I'm a little confused about the HOT and COLD water...

at first I really believe what this..

article has stated but...

based from what I've watched recently..

they've said that drinking COLD water doesn't effect..

FAT in any way..( inside our BODY)

It' doesn't really solidify quickly enough to be harmful..

unlike if it's done outside our body..

like the solidification of FATS when..

BEEF is left on the table untouched..

thus getting cold ..

It just makes me more confused..

hirap naman isipin kasi nakasanayan na natin ang uminom ng malamig-lamig na tubig dahil nga sa weather sa Pilipinas, eh bad pala yun. Guilty ako jan, guilty ako.
